Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for your address and payment details that we need to complete the order.
We accept payment by credit/debit cards. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. Your card will be charged for the full purchase price when you complete the online payment. Alternatively, you could send us a cheque; or ring the office with your credit card details. We do not recommend sending credit card details via email. Please read the terms and conditions below carefully BEFORE making a purchase.
EBOOKS
If you are downloading one of our FREE ebooks and fail to give your correct address and contact details, then you will invalidate the copyright permission and therefore be subject to legal prosecution. This copyright (for FREE ebooks) only allows you to download them for your own personal use but NOT for re-sale or for their use by any third party unless otherwise stated in writing by the author, Gerry Pyves.
If you purchase either "Massage in the Workplace" or "Massage therapy - the Secret" then you are automatically licensed to reproduce and copy these ebooks for building your own personal Massage business and to place them on your own web sites as free downloads but NOT for re-sale or for making multiple copies by or for any third party. Anyone found using these two ebooks for their business or personal use who has not purchased them directly from the

Massage company will be subject to prosecution.
COURSE BOOKINGS
Payment in full is required on booking for all courses. Once a booking has been confirmed you may only cancel in accordance with the Transfers and Cancellations policies below.
The
NO HANDS
Massage Company will endeavour to run courses but in the unlikely event of a cancellation, delegates will be notified in advance and offered new dates. Alternatively delegates can request a refund of course fees.
The
NO HANDS
Massage Company reserves the right to vary or cancel any course where the occasion necessitates and reserves the right to change speaker, course materials and venue. Prices may be subject to change.
Although great professional care and attention go into all
NO HANDS
Massage Company courses and content is believed correct, the
NO HANDS
Massage Company does not warrant or promise in any manner that action taken by the delegate based on course content or otherwise will achieve any result or consequence or avoid the same. The
NO HANDS
Massage Company will not be held responsible for any losses or consequences arising from reliance on material provided in its courses nor where any person acts in reliance on the same or views expressed at any course.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the
NO HANDS
Massage Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of any online content, services or your breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
RESTRICTED PURCHASE PRODUCTS
All products which have purchasing restrictions associated with them clearly state this in the product description. This includes, but is not limited to, those only available: to
NO HANDS
Massage Association members; to people who have previously completed specific courses with the
NO HANDS
Massage Company; or to people repeating a course.
When we receive your order, we will check to see if you are eligible to purchase the items or to receive any discount you have claimed. If you are not we will cancel your order and refund any card payments we have received, minus an administration fee of £25.
In the case of Association-only products, if you are eligible to join our Association we will offer you this option prior to taking this action. If you choose to join the Association your order will then be processed and no administration fee will be incurred.
Disabilities, Religious and Special Needs Delegates
NO HANDS
is a zero strain approach to massage that involves full body movement from the practitioner. If you have any concerns about your health and your ability to practice massage, please contact the office on 01422 843777 and we will discuss this with you before the course.
Delegates with a disability or other special needs must provide the
NO HANDS
Massage Company with full details of their disability and requirements at the time of booking. Confirmation of the arrangements agreed with the delegate will be sent to the delegate in advance of the course.
The
NO HANDS
Massage Company reserves the right, at least 20 working days prior to the course date, to request reasonable medical evidence, not more than 12 months old, and / or other suitable evidence in support of any application which should outline any disability, set out the reasonable adjustments that will be required. In the case of accidental injuries or acute illness, or if a delegate's disability is diagnosed after booking, the delegate must contact the
NO HANDS
Massage Company as soon as possible after the illness or injury occurs.
The
NO HANDS
Massage Company will ensure, where possible, that the necessary arrangements to deal with a delegate's special needs are put in place. However, there may be occasions where such needs cannot be met due to time, venue, financial and or other constraints outside of
NO HANDS
Massage Company's control.
The
NO HANDS
Massage Company reserve the right to cancel or refuse a delegate's attendance at a course where, in the
NO HANDS
Massage Company's opinion, insufficient notice has been given to make the reasonable adjustments required.
Delegates with specific religious requirements should notify
NO HANDS
Massage Company of these at the time of booking. The
NO HANDS
Massage Company will make reasonable efforts to meet a delegate's needs. However, there may be occasions where such needs cannot be met due to time, venue, financial and / or other constraints outside of the
NO HANDS
Massage Company's control.
Course Transfers
Requests to transfer to alternative course dates should be made by contacting the
NO HANDS
Massage Company office and are subject to availability.
Cancellations
Course Cancellation
Any course booked at an "Early Bird" price is non refundable under any circumstances. Any course booked at the full course price and cancelled more than 6 weeks before the course is due to take place can be refunded in full subject to a £25 administration fee. Any course cancelled within 6 weeks of the course is non refundable.
Product order cancellation
Should you wish to cancel a product order you must contact the office immediately. Any order that has already been shipped cannot be cancelled although products can be returned under our 30 day satisfaction guarantee (see above). Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled subject to a £25 administration fee.
Copyright
The copyright of all materials (both where that copyright lies with the
NO HANDS
Massage Company and Gerry Pyves or with other persons) must always be observed. Such materials may not be reproduced whether in whole or part by any method whatsoever without prior written permission from the appropriate persons.
Disputes and complaints
Any concerns you have in relation to an order should be raised with the
NO HANDS
Massage Company office as soon as possible. Wherever possible we will seek a mutually acceptable resolution. All disputes which cannot be resolved through direct communication are subject to consideration under UK law.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery is generally by Royal Mail first class post and we will normally send your order to you within 7 business days and no later than 28 business days. We accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Delivery Schedule
We process your order as soon as possible. If you require special delivery, including additional insurance or for the goods to be signed for on delivery, you must request this by placing your order by phone on 01422 843777.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the current rate. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee - if you are unhappy with any product you may return it to us within this 30 day period for a full refund (minus delivery charges).

NO HANDS Massage do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
